David Fisher of Dynamic Architecture has developed a tower in Dubai where each floor rotates independently, providing a 360 degree view of the city. The tower will consist of offices, a luxury hotel, residential apartments, and luxury villas when it is completed in 2010. The penthouse villas are completely customizable, including indoor swimming pools, voice activated features, and a parking spot inside the villa.
